Refund policy
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for a Return: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at rasa.gaya.ubud@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: [Bali, Indonesia, Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Kedewatan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80561]. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Acceptance of Returns: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exceptions for Offline Purchases: Please note that items purchased at our offline stores are not eligible for returns. These purchases are only eligible for an exchange of color or size within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds: If your return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at rasa.gaya.ubud@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Additional Guidance: Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
