Shipping policy

J&T Express 3-days delivery
  1. If you choose J&T Express (3-days delivery), payment must be made before 13.00 WIB to ensure the package is delivered on time. And, if you place your order after 16.00 WIB, the item will be shipped the next day.
  2. It’s important to make sure the email you input when ordering is correct.
  3. We will send the receipt/tracking number the day (D+1) after the item is successfully shipped. If you’re not getting the number in your inbox, please check the spam/promotions email tab.
  4. We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.
  5. If you place an order the day before our off day after 13.30 WIB, we will ship it on the next working day.
  6. To track your order, please input your tracking number at https://jet.co.id/track
